Welcome to the Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone (Elko, Wells and Battle Mountain Bands) Sex Offender Registry Website. The Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone enacted The Sex Offender Registration Ordinance (“SORO”) 11-TM-ORD-01 on August 16, 2011, Amendment 1: 02-TM-ORD-17, Amendment 2: 20-ORD-TM-02. SORNA requires all qualifying sex offenders who work, go to school, or reside within the Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone jurisdiction to register with the Tribes. It also establishes this publicly accessible Registry. It is maintained by the Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone SORNA Compliance Department.
